Treetops Resort is thrilled to host the first ever in Michigan - Big Green Egg Cooking Competition! There are two types of people who attend Eggfests; Cooks and Tasters. Cooks bring their best recipes and techniques to cook amazing food on provided demo eggs. Tasters show up and taste the amazing food that the cooks prepare on the eggs – and are the judges!
If you have never been to an Eggfest, you are in for a Treat! Make sure you come hungry. You don't want to arrive late afternoon and miss out on some really great eats...so come early and enjoy the day. We'll have some fun Michigan breweries pouring samples, along with 2 bands performing outside. We will also offer Big Green Egg accessories for sale in a section close to the event entry area. There will be plenty of seating and tables there as well.
CALLING ALL COMPETITORS! Are you a Big Green “EggHead” or want to be? You don't have to be a pro or even a seasoned egg-griller! Backyard BBQ enthusiasts will go head-to-head with the veteran BGE (Big Green Egg) owners.
